By accessing our site or submitting an enquiry, reservation, or payment request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We provide publishing and research-support services, which may include:

Patent, book, and IEEE paper portfolio reservations and related coordination
Journal publishing and editorial services
AI Turnitin / plagiarism-check enquiry and document review services
Awards, events, and related communications

Service details, fees, timelines, and deliverables are confirmed case by case. Listing a service on the website does not guarantee availability or acceptance of every request.

2. Eligibility and account use

You must provide accurate contact and identity information when using our forms or making reservations. Admin accounts are for authorised staff only. You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential.

3. Enquiries, reservations, and documents

Submitting an enquiry or portfolio reservation does not create a binding publication or assignment until we confirm acceptance and, where applicable, payment and assignment status.
You represent that documents and materials you submit are original or that you have the rights needed to share them with us for the stated purpose (for example plagiarism checking or editorial review).
You must not submit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or misleading content.

4. Payments

Fees for portfolio reservations, Turnitin checks, publishing packages, or other services are as quoted or shown at the time of request. Payment status (for example Pending or Paid) may be tracked in our systems and shared with you by email, WhatsApp, or the My Requests page.

Unless we state otherwise in writing, payments are non-refundable once processing of your request has begun. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension of related services.

5. Publishing and intellectual property

Copyright, licence, and authorship terms for journal articles, books, patents support, or other publications are governed by the specific agreement, copyright form, or journal policy applicable to that work. Website content (text, branding, layout, and media) remains our property or that of our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

6. Communications

We may contact you by email, phone, or WhatsApp regarding your enquiries, reservations, payment status, and service updates. You can ask us to limit marketing messages; transactional messages about an active request may still be sent.

7. Disclaimer

Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. We do not guarantee specific academic, legal, patent-grant, indexing, or citation outcomes. Plagiarism or similarity reports depend on third-party tools and the documents you supply. Website content is for general information and may change without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits, or opportunity arising from use of our site or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a paid service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service.

9. Acceptable use

Impersonate others or provide false reservation details
Use our services to commit fraud or academic misconduct
Access admin areas without authorisation
